WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND THE GOODS I’M LOOKING FOR?

If you are looking for a product, or looking for a product in a particular size, and the item is not displayed on the website, please send an e-mail to support@tehinifit.com.

Tehini will then advise you when the product, or the product in a particular size, will be back in stock.

Please allow 48 (forty-eight) business hours for a response.

ORDERING

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Tehini reserves the right to cancel any order, either partially or completely, in which event it will contact you either telephonically, or by e-mail, to advise you of such cancellation, as soon as reasonably possible.

Tehini may cancel an order for any of the following reasons (please note that this list is not exhaustive):-

·       Tehini has not received payment, or full payment from you;

·       Tehini suspects that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen);

·       Tehini suspects that you are committing fraud;

·       Tehini does not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order;

·       Two delivery attempts were made at the address elected by you, unsuccessfully.

In the event that Tehini cancels an order, and you have already made payment in respect of such order and the delivery costs thereof, Tehini will reimburse you the price of the goods, together with the delivery cost, save in the event that two delivery attempts were made unsuccessfully, in which event you will be liable for the delivery fee, which refund will be processed within 7 (seven) days of confirmation of the cancellation of your order, which confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER, OR CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IF MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED YET?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed, and accordingly Tehini cannot change your delivery address, or cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may refuse to accept the delivery of the goods, which goods will then be returned to us, and a refund will be processed in accordance with our terms and conditions relating thereto, which can be found here https://www.tehinifit.com/terms-conditions/.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Tehini does not exchange goods, and should you wish to order an alternative size and/or goods, you are required to return the goods to Tehini, in compliance with Tehini’s terms and conditions in respect thereof, which may be found here https://www.tehinifit.com/terms-conditions/, and you will be refunded the price of the goods, whereafter you can place a new order should you so wish.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR BY E-MAIL?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders placed by way of telephone calls, or by way of e-mail under any circumstances.

 

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

When you’re ready to buy the items in your shopping cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

If you already have a registered account with Tehini, you will be asked to enter your username and password at this stage. If you do not have a registered account, you can create one before you check out.

To finalise your order, enter your delivery and billing addresses, then choose a payment method and enter the necessary payment information before clicking ‘Confirm Order’.

Please check that all the information provided by you on this page is correct, and that you have ordered the correct items, in the correct sizes, before clicking the confirmation button as Tehini will not be held liable should you provide the incorrect information or should you order the incorrect goods.

 

WHAT KIND OF E-MAILS WILL I RECEIVE ABOUT MY ORDER?

Tehini will send you the following e-mails to update you on your order status:

Order received: You will receive a confirmation of receipt e-mail shortly after you successfully placed an order online.
Order shipped: This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped from our warehouse. The e-mail contains a track & trace code you can use to follow your order’s delivery status.
Invoice: This e-mail contains your invoice.
Order returned: This e-mail confirms that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the goods you returned within 7 days of their return and refund you if they meet the requirements of Tehini’s terms and conditions relating to returns within 14 days.
Return

Processed:

This e-mail confirms that we have processed your return and will advise you whether the return meets the terms and conditions relating to returns. Tehini will process your return within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Cancellation: This e-mail is sent if your order is fully or partially cancelled.

 

 

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS AND VOUCHERS

 

HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER CODE?

Click the Proceed to Checkout button to go to your shopping cart. On the top of the order summary click “Enter your code”, and enter the voucher code.

A promotional voucher is only valid for use on goods that are part of a promotion or campaign and can only be used online if indicated on the specific terms and conditions received when entering the promotion or campaign.

A promotional voucher is not valid in combination with another promotional voucher or gift card. If you require further assistance, please e-mail support@tehinifit.com.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY VOUCHER IF I RETURN MY ORDER OR IF (PART OF) MY ORDER IS CANCELLED?

In the event that you utilise a voucher that gives you a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off), such voucher will be replaced if you return (part of) your order.

In the event that you utilise a voucher that gives you a monetary amount (e.g. R100) as a discount, such amount will only be replaced in case of the return of your full order. If you return part of your order, you will only receive a replacement for the monetary amount applied to that specific item. Your invoice gives you a breakdown of the split of monetary amount discount/s across the goods you ordered. CAN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, as long as they’re both in the same country. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.

Confirmation e-mail Tracking and Delivery
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that your package is on its way. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier. The e-mail will have a Tracking number that can be used to track your package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the goods, save for swimwear and underwear, which may not be returned due to hygienic reasons, you are entitled to return same to Tehini within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to you.

Should you wish to return the goods, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and with all of the labels attached to the goods. You will be required to log a return request on the Tehini website, and Tehini will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you, at no charge to you, as detailed below.

 

The returns procedure:

  1. Log in and go to the ‘My Account’ section;
  2. Click on the ‘My Orders’ Tab;
  3. Select the order from which you wish to return an item;
  4. Select the ‘Request Return’ button;
  5. Choose the item(s) to return and choose a return reason per item;
  6. Choose which address the courier should pick up your return from;
  7. Select the preferred refund method for your return;
  8. Finally, select the ‘Request Return’ button at the bottom of the form.

 

Once your return has been logged you will receive an e-mail to confirm that our courier partner will contact you to arrange collection.

Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 4 working days for Main Centres, and 8 working days for Outlying areas from date of logging return.

Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected to ensure compliance with Tehini’s terms and conditions in respect of returns. Tehini will process your return within 7 calendar days of its arrival at the warehouse. Once the inspection is complete, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your return has been processed and advising you whether such return meets Tehini’s terms and conditions or not.

If your return meets the terms and conditions, then a refund of the value of the goods will be processed within 14 calendar days of the e-mail being sent to you confirming that the return has been processed.

 

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE/FAULTY GOODS:

In the event that the goods delivered to you by Tehini are:-

·     Not suitable for their intended purpose;

·     Not of good quality, free of defects and in good working order;

·     Durable and usable for a reasonable period of time

then you shall be entitled to return same to Tehini within a period of 6 (six) months, calculated from the date of delivery of the goods to you, and Tehini shall refund you both the purchase price of the goods, together with the delivery cost incurred by you, if any.

In the event that you wish to return defective goods to Tehini, you will be required to send an email to support@tehinifit.com, and Tehini will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you, at no charge to you. You will be required to describe how the goods were used whilst they were in your possession.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original goods will be returned to you.

Please note that Tehini will not entertain any refunds in the event that:-

  • The goods were not purchased on the website;
  • The goods are damaged as a result of abuse or negligence;
  • The goods are damaged as a result of misuse or by use other than the intended purpose;
  • The goods have been subject to normal wear and tear.

Once the returns of the defective goods have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected to ensure compliance with Tehini’s terms and conditions in respect of returns of defective goods. Tehini will process your return of defective goods within 7 calendar days of its arrival at the warehouse. Once the inspection is complete, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your return has been processed and advising you whether such return meets Tehini’s terms and conditions or not.

If your return meets the terms and conditions, then a refund of the value of the goods will be processed within 14 calendar days of the e-mail being sent to you confirming that the return has been processed.
